Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using Mygigy, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
1. INTERMEDIARY STATUS & SAFE HARBOR
Mygigy (the "Platform") acts strictly as an Intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Legal Shield:
Mygigy does not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or modify the information contained in the transmission. Mygigy is not responsible for any user-generated content or services posted on the platform.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICE POSTINGS
Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of the services they post. Mygigy is not involved in the creation or selection of these services.
- Users warrant that any service posted complies with all applicable Government Acts.
- The Platform does not endorse or verify the claims made in user-posted descriptions.
- All interactions, agreements, and payments occurring as a result of a posting are strictly between the Service User and the Service Provider.
3. REPORTING & IMMEDIATE REMOVAL POLICY
Mygigy maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy for illegal or non-compliant content. We act as a passive conduit and do not pre-screen all postings; however:

If any service is reported by another user, law enforcement, or third party for violating these terms or any government act, Mygigy will remove the posting immediately without prior notice.

Users can report suspicious or illegal activity using the "Report" button on any listing. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
4. PROHIBITED SERVICES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Users shall not post services that involve:
- ✕ Illegal substances or narcotics
- ✕ Human trafficking or exploitation
- ✕ Services involving minors
- ✕ Indecent representation of women
- ✕ Financial scams or fraud
- ✕ Unlicensed regulated professions
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mygigy shall NOT be liable for:

Content posted by any user, including fraudulent or illegal service listings.

Personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from any service booked via the platform.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Mygigy harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these terms or any government act. If your posting causes legal action against the platform, you will be held strictly liable for all associated costs.
