Booking Fee

The MyGigy Booking Model

MyGigy operates as a connection platform. To secure a service provider and confirm a booking, the platform charges a nominal booking fee of 8% of Service fees. This fee is paid upfront by the client to initiate contact with the Gigy.

Important: The remaining balance (92%) of the service cost is a direct transaction between the client and the Gigy. The application is not involved in this final settlement.

The Fulfillment Process

Secure Booking

The client pays the 8% platform booking fee to initiate the connection. This fee covers platform maintenance and the matching algorithm.

Direct Contact

Once the booking fee is confirmed, the client and Gigy are connected directly. They can coordinate timelines, locations, and specific requirements.

Service Execution

The Gigy delivers the service as per the agreed terms. MyGigy acts as the intermediary to ensure the contact was established, but does not oversee the work in person.

Direct Settlement

The remaining payment for the service is made directly to the Service Provider. This can be via Cash, UPI, or any other mode mutually agreed upon by the parties. There is no financial transaction through the MyGigy platform for this final settlement.

Service Timelines

Every service provider is responsible for their own scheduling. MyGigy does not set or guarantee specific arrival times or completion dates.

Transaction Boundaries

Our involvement ends at the point of connection. Any financial disputes regarding the final balance must be resolved between the client and the service provider directly.

Platform Role & Responsibility

MyGigy (Fonto Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) acts as an intermediary platform providing lead generation and connection services. We facilitate the initial booking via an 8% platform fee.

The application does not collect, hold, or manage the principal service fee. All service quality, professional conduct, and the final 92% payment are matters strictly between the user and the Gigy.

By using MyGigy, you acknowledge that the platform is not a party to the actual service contract and has no liability for the delivery or non-delivery of the service once the connection is established.
